About Me
Alexandra Rains, BSc
Natural Health - A Passion
I trained in massage therapy in Canada in 2001; gained a bachelor of science degree in nutrition in 2014 and a reflexology diploma in 2022. I am currently studying nutritional therapy and naturopathy and believe deeply in continued education.
I am a mobile therapist which means I can come to you; natural health consultations can be done online or in person. Home visits outside of a 15-mile radius of Padstow will charge at 0.50p per mile (calculated on google maps and confirmed prior to treatment time). I will arrive 10-mins before your treatment time to set up.
